Responsibilities:

1. Capture High-Quality Images: The resident photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that reflect the essence and energy of C4 Grill Lounge’s events, ambiance, and culinary offerings. From intimate gatherings to lively performances, the photographer must adeptly capture the mood and spirit of each moment.
2. Collaborate with Marketing and Events Teams: Close collaboration with the marketing and events teams is essential to ensure that visual content aligns with brand objectives and messaging. The photographer will work closely with these teams to understand upcoming events and promotions, tailoring their photography to complement the overall marketing strategy.
3. Maintain Active Presence: The photographer must maintain an active presence during peak operational hours, including evenings and weekends. By being readily available to capture spontaneous moments and candid shots, the photographer will contribute to the creation of authentic and engaging content.
4. Edit and Retouch Photos: Post-production skills are essential for this role, as the photographer will be responsible for editing and retouching photos to enhance visual appeal and maintain consistency with the brand’s aesthetic. Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom is required.
5. Manage Digital Assets: The photographer will be responsible for managing and organizing an extensive library of digital assets for future use across various marketing channels. This includes properly cataloging and storing photos for easy retrieval and ensuring that all content is appropriately tagged and labeled.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in event photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility and creativity.
2. Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clientele.
